    The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely accomodating. The help was polite and friendly. The complimentary breakfast meal buffet was great. The only drawback was the indoor swimming pool had a lot of screaming kids that you could here from the 2nd floor. This might be better if higher up. Overall, a great stay.The Ruths' Chris steak house on the premise is an added bonus. You can get a fantastic meal and never have to leave the hotel.

    This is 3rd time to stay at this particular Embassy Suites and each time has been the same, fantastic customer service. X were fantastic with their help and smiling faces. You can tell they enjoy their job just by the way they work with their customers. The Asst. General Manager is also wonderful, he took the time to email me with an answer to one of questions, wow, impressive! the property is clean, breakfast meal is great and it's convenient to everything. I'll continue to stay at Embassy each time am in Birmingham! Thank YOU!

    had the best stay when visited Birmingham at the Embassy Suites. won't try any other hotel.
    3 smiles Good value for families
    nice for families, with free great breakfast meal. Could use rollout beds for families with 5 people. Definitely need more help for manager's reception -- line was long. Front desk was efficient and helpful.
